• Ensuring that goods ordered comply with the laws of the destination country.
• Timely payment of service fees, shipping costs, and any applicable duties or taxes.
• Inspecting goods upon delivery and reporting any issues within the specified timeframe.

4. Payments and Fees

All quotes provided are subject to change based on market conditions, shipping rates, and exchange rates until a formal order is placed and confirmed. Payments must be made via the methods approved by Meena Aslam. Service fees are non-refundable once the service procurement has commenced.

5. Shipping and Delivery

While we strive for 100% on-time delivery, transit times are estimates and can be affected by customs delays, weather conditions, or carrier issues. Meena Aslam is not liable for indirect losses caused by delivery delays beyond our reasonable control.

6. Limitation of Liability

Meena Aslam Shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
